Habs Future Status

Montreal Canadiens and the Hamilton Bulldogs have been in business since 2002 and the Bulldogs have created many great players like Tomas Plekanec, Carey Price, Dan Cleary, Jaroslav Halak, Chris Higgins and Mike Ribeiro. The franchise has helped the Canadiens this year by getting players like Pacioretty, Desharnais, White, Subban, Weber ready for their NHL careers. The Bulldogs also have many more rookies like Brendon Nash, Aaron Palushaj and Andreas Engqvist who have had a couple games up with the big team and have showed their fair share of what they can do. I believe that the Habs have a decent amount of good prospects without having to rebuild, instead have been playoff contenders for the last decade or so. Many of the players listed below will be looking to try and crack the Hamilton Bulldogs lineup in the next year with many of the present Bulldog players will be or are playing with the Montreal Canadiens.

  1. Just for the record, Montréal/Hamilton association only started in 2002, so Dan Cleary was developed for the Edmonton Oilers,

also Mark Streit never played for them and Mike Ribeiro only 3 games…

BTW, nice pimpage for that habs prospects website.
